Information submitted to Marriage Rescue is not protected by therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, clergy-penitent, or similar professional privilege merely because it was submitted through the Service.

Marriage Rescue will not intentionally disclose one spouse's Private responses to the other spouse unless the user expressly authorizes the disclosure or disclosure is otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
A designation of Private means the response is private from the participating spouse within the normal operation of Marriage Rescue. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or may misunderstand the context of a relationship.
AI output should never be considered a diagnosis, professional assessment, counseling determination, factual determination concerning either spouse, or definitive statement about a marriage.
Where third-party artificial intelligence providers are used, information may be processed by those providers as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable feature. Marriage Rescue will seek to configure and use such services in a manner appropriate for the privacy-sensitive nature of the application.

Users may not:
- Attempt to bypass privacy controls;
- Access another user's account without authorization;
- Attempt to obtain another spouse's Private responses through
technical means;
- Circumvent Marriage Rescue security features;

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, necessary to maintain legitimate security or business records, needed to resolve disputes, or temporarily retained in backup systems.
Deletion of one spouse's account or information may affect shared Marriage Rescue journey information. Where possible, Marriage Rescue will distinguish between individually owned Private information and legitimately shared couple information when responding to deletion requests.

Where optional marketing or promotional communications are offered, users may be provided with available methods to manage those preferences.

Because Marriage Rescue is not acting as a licensed therapist, attorney, physician, or other privileged professional merely by providing the Service, users should not assume information submitted to Marriage Rescue is protected from lawful disclosure by a professional evidentiary privilege.
17. Business Transfers
If Marriage Rescue, its operations, or relevant assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale, transfer, or similar business transaction, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality obligations.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Marriage Rescue may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves, technology changes, or legal requirements change.
When material changes are made, Marriage Rescue may provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means and will update the effective or revision date.
